VSI Mortgage Services, Inc. operates worldwide as a non-bank intermediary through a network of Foreign/Overseas, Wall Street and National Lenders as well as Private Lending Groups to provide competitive financing packages.  This allows the borrower a unique opportunity to excess a wide range of financing by dealing with one company.  VSI will only communicate with Senior Officers and/or Principals of these lending institutions in order to competitively secure financing.  In addition, the key to our success is the ability to structure loans in order to maximize the benefit to the borrower.  VSI truly provides the "Strength of a Bank and the Flexibility of a Broker".

There are never any up-front fees, advance fees or consulting fees required of the borrower for any reason.  VSI is paid on performance only! VSI compensation is earned only after the borrower has signed a "commitment letter" and then it is dispersed at the inception of the loan funding.
