Rodney Gerbers
Owner/Commercial Financing

Rodney began his financial services career in 1991 after earning his Bachelors degree from Indiana University. He worked for one of the largest insurance sports, leisure and entertainment MGA Worldwide. Two years were spent in Sydney Australia providing insurance in nine different countries. While working in Australia the office tripled its business.

In 1998 Rodney created a finance company called VSI Mortgage Services, Inc. that now provides unique products for Commercial, Residential and Agriculture Mortgages. Rodney's extensive experience and background in the national and international market is the driving force behind VSI's tremendous growth and performance. Commercially, VSI is currently doing business throughout the United States and internationally.

Esther Gerbers
Owner

Esther began her mortgage career in 1993 by working in all aspects of the mortgage industry. As a closer, she has worked for a well-respected title company in the Fort Wayne area. Also, she worked for the largest privately owned mortgage company in the Nation as a processor. Working for a small brokerage firm, she built a strong foundation in loan originating. This working background has solidified her position in the mortgage industry.

Nathan Willis
General Manager

Nathan has had over 25 Years of successful business experience including over 18 years with fortune 500 companies. Since 2001, Nathan has been involved in the finance industry assisting clients in order to meet their financial goals. His professionalism and dedication to the client’s is a welcome quality in the mortgage industry.

Angie Martinez

Angie brings with her over 9 years working with the Spanish Speaking community and has encouraged and assisted many families attaining both their personal and financial goals. She is a leader in that community and is apart of one of the fastest growing divisions at VSI.

Graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision, Mandy is extremely focused and detailed.
